1. Contact 1Password Support to fix the required permissions.
2. Navigate to the Okta Admin Console and go to Applications > Applications.
3. Select the 1Password Business application.
4. Go to the Provisioning tab and select Integration in the left settings menu.
5. Select Edit.
6. Enter the URL of the System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) bridge into the Base URL field.
   • NOTE: Do not use the 1Password account sign-in address. Use the SCIM bridge URL format, such as https://scim.example.com.
7. Enter the bearer token for the SCIM bridge into the API Token field.
8. Select Test API Credentials and verify the connection succeeds.
9. Select Save.
   
10. Go to the Push Groups tab and retry the group push.
