I have just 1 user who is being asked to login into OKTA every 15 minutes. Would anyone know why this is happening and a fix for this problem. Thank You in Advance

Have you check the Sign-On Policy? There we define session validity. Cannot say much without looking at all the setting. If issue still persist I recommend to create case with Okta
