If you're talking about importing metadata from Fortify to configure it as an SP I don't think the platform supports this; see this older support post. There is a product enhancement Idea for that feature you can comment on or vote for. It's linked in that post, or searchable from https://okta-ideas.pixtulate.com as "Allow import of Service Provider (SP) metadata".

Thank you Tim for a quick answer. Our document talk about upload metadata to IDP, now I'm at a stage the integration from Okta side is fine but I don't get to see fortify SSC dashboard as if it's in some endless loop as toggles between SSC URL and Okta, nothing in the SSC logs, will set trace and check if I get any granular details..btw do we have any poc documentation on a successful integration with fortify SSC (any version)? Thank you

I can't find any. We have MicroFocus in our list of integrate-able applications, but I assume this is only their IAM solution. Fortify looks like an application security product. I don't see any mention of anyone using Okta as an IdP for it but that doesn't mean someone hasn't done it somewhere. Uploading Fortify metadata doesn't seem possible, though, so you'll have to integrate Fortify as a SP another way.

I often receive a metadata file from service providers, which I then have to examine and locate the URLs needed to configure the Okta side of the integration. I consider it a learning experience. 😁
