Dear OKTA Verify staff,
I am emailing to ask about reaccessing the OKTA Verify app. My kid accidentally uninstalled OkTA Verify app in my phone. When I reinstalled the app, I could not login to it. Could you please help with this?

You will need to contact your Okta admin to have them reset your MFA factor so you can re-register.
