New to getting advance server access implemented; when we rdp into an enrolled host, it's creating an account on the server instead of using the user's AD user name. Can this be changed?

Thanks for reaching out to us, as per the change that you need to perform please feel free to use this documentation so you can map the attribute to the ASA application by using the steps outlined in this documentation https://okta-support.pixtulate.com/help/s/article/How-to-map-windowsUserName-from-Okta-to-ASA-and-to-Windows-Servers?language=de and in regards to the value that you need to push to ASA, please push the AD samAccountName after you define it on the Okta user profile.
