We are planning on enabling the "Restrict use of common passwords" option in Okta. Does enabling this option only address new user accounts, or does it trigger password resets for existing accounts?

Only new users or resets does not impact current users till next rotation
This is Mihail from Okta Support, by enabling this option, this will affect all the users, in this situation it will affect especially the users that are using common passwords.
