I am trying to make the change in developer console. When I login to https://okta-developer.pixtulate.com as an admin user, I always see the okta console page. How can I go to the developer console?

I have the admin access for following non-prod okta.
https://okta-medimpacttest.pixtulate.com/app/UserHome
I sign up okta developer with the same email. The active email bring me to the https://okta-okta-devok12.pixtulate.com/. I can login at this URL but I don’t see the applications like what I see in https://okta-medimpacttest.pixtulate.com.
When I go the okta-developer.pixtulate.com and click sign in, I logged into https://okta-medimpacttest.pixtulate.com again. When I try https://okta-dev-medimpacttest-admin.pixtulate.com ( https://okta-dev-XXXXXXXX-admin.pixtulate.com/ ), it redirect me to https://okta-dev-medimpacttest.pixtulate.com and got the invalid username/password error. I need to access the developer console to config something for application in the https://okta-medimpacttest.pixtulate.com. Did I missed anything here?
