We currently have Okta Verify set to Require Touch ID or FACE ID
A user does not want to use this feature.
If I remove the requirement, do users who already use it have to 'opt in' or does it continue to work for them?

Thanks for the response, but I'm still not clear. We currently require FaceID or TuchID, so users have no choice. We have a few users who do not want to use it. If I turn off the requirement, what will happen to my current users who had no choice when they first enrolled? Will they have to manually enable it or will it continue to work as before?
