I was referring to "AD integration prerequisites" in the given below link, It is mentioned that "The host server can be a physical or virtual server."
My Question is : Can the AD Agent be installed on Azure Cloud Infra Server?

The agent must be able to talk to a domain controller. If it can do that from an Azure Cloud server, then yes.

We do not have documentation for the AD integration with Azure Cloud Infra Server. I believe the part of our documentation that you highlighted in your question refers to the fact that you can have a physical server, or one hosted on a VM.
