I cannot activate self-service registration , it does not appear in my menu under "directory".
OKTA help center says that I should enable this Early Feature under "settings -> features" but I didn't find it

After have OIE enabled, the SSR is no longer under Directory->Self Service Registration. Self-service registration is now accomplished through a profile enrollment policy. In a profile enrollment policy, admin users can select the attributes required when a new end user clicks Sign up.
