At present, there is an account that is using the api login method, but it will prompt that mfa is required, so I want to cancel the authentication of this test account in the okta background, what should I do?

To clear the authenticated session of a user, as an admin, got to their profile and click the "More Actions" dropdown and select "Clear User Sessions".
If you are wanting to have this user avoid using MFA then you will need to adjust your global session policies , authentication policies and authenticator enrollments in OIE.
