Can we always show the factors set up in the Okta widget to select from rather than having the user click the drop-down arrow?
We have a request to always show the factors set up for an account when they get challenged for MFA instead of having the user select the drop-down next to the default factor and selecting a new option. Reason is we don't think the users will see or know what the drop-down does. Is there a way with the Okta widget to add any styling or have an option to display all the factors, while still defaulting to the last factor used?
We would like to have an easier way for the user to know other factors are available.

This feature is already implemented in Okta Identity Engine. Unfortunately, for Classic, there is no future implementation of the feature so I suggest to either wait for the transition to OIE or transition early, if it’s urgent.
