I got a new work phone and trying to add okta it wants a qr code and is not accepting my organizations url-sign in. How can I add this device and deactivate my last one?

Open the Okta End-User Dashboard from your PC or old phone and go to Settings. At Okta Verify, in the Security Methods panel, click "Set up another". You will be asked to authenticate, once authenticated click "Set Up" and you will see a QR code to scan with your new phone.
To deactivate the old phone, click "Remove" for the device displayed in the Security Methods panel.
