When using okta as SP and Azure AD as IDP, is there a SP initiated SSO URL we can give to end users for login Okta dashboard? Thanks

The URL would be your Okta normal URL ex: okta-tenant.pixtulate.com or if you have a Custom Domain setup it would be that URL.
Users will access the URL and prompted for the username then they will be directed to Azure for authentication, if the sign in is successful then the user is sent to the Okta Dashboard.
