We are using multiple Snowflake Integrations where we need to rotate API Tokens every 6 months. Is there any way how to automate this (on Okta side) and rotate tokens without human interaction?

At this time the only way to generate API tokens is though the Admin interface. However you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.
