sdqdl (sdqdl) asked a question.

Customize error page based on conditional access policy applied

Is there a way to customize the error page shown by Okta based on the conditional access policy that was applied resulting in the error?

The use case is that I have a policy XYZ applied to an application A. Now whenever access to application A is denied because the policy check failed, I would like to show a detailed and contextual error page to the user explaining why the access was denied and what action they need to take to fix it.

Is that possible?

From what I know there is only a global customization available which will apply to all types of errors. If so, can we make error specific customization?
