we have a salesforce production and sandbox environment we want to have as unique tiles. I added myself to both apps. when I go to my apps in end user instance only the sandbox tile is there. why
Make sure the SAML app setting "Application visibility -- Do not display application icon to users" is not checked on the application that is not showing.
