I'm working with ADP and need to use their api in okta workflows. I'm unable to authorize my api due to the error Request did not provide the required two-way TLS certificate. Can anyone help me with resources on how to implement two-way TLS in okta workflows.

It seems this might not be possible, as Workflows is incompatible with the (mostly/completely) unique process ADP leverages for access to their API endpoints. Workflows has no means to pre-setup an mTLS tunnel using specific certificates prior to performing standard API auth processes such as tokens/Oauth etc. To the best of my knowledge support for ADP is not on the roadmap.
