hi, we wnat to add jira to our organization, we currently manage our aws, entra and jfrog users using okta, do i need atlasian guard for that integration or not?

Looking over our SSO documentation for Atlassian, there does not seem to mention any requirements of Atlassian Guard, please see our SSO and Provisioning docs below:
