Version 9.66.0 for the iphone (running ios 26.5.2 does not have any app settings for notifications. As such it is impossible to set notifications and as such there is a pissible issues warning that cant be fixed.
The solution is convoluted and difficult but for those having the same issue here is the steps:
open okta verify
click the three dots on the top right
Click settings
click “sign-in notification tips”
From there you can enable notifications which will suddenly allow notifications and show it in settings. This is the only location to enable notifications
