i have had a verifiable fear that this system would do more harm then good to the login process at my job and a concern that my own person email and phone number would be required for profetional use. if im paying for the phone why do i have to use it for work? i do not want to have my email used as a verifaction tool for work related issues its a personal email. just tonight when i went to login i had a issue for 20 mins i could not login through regular means in okta system because the verifaction window would not load. in my opinion this extra verifaction steps of logging in to okta then verifying and having to use email to verify again who you are when accessing your work profile is a waiste of time and a invation of person privacy for a employer.
