I am trying to use Azure AD to sync my Users and Group with Okta.
I'm not trying to use Azure AD Connect, or any sort of on-premise solution. Purely cloud.
I need help setting this up, if it is at all possible.
According to below link, we can sync my users from Okta to Azure AD without Azure AD Connect.
